Mid-Atlantic Emergency Medical Associates (MEMA) is proud to welcome a new cohort of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) as part of its ongoing Post-Graduate Certificate Program.
Seven talented Physician Assistants joined the team and will participate in the structured training program through September.
The new PAs bring with them a wide range of academic and clinical experience from top institutions across the country:
- Taylor Creighton, PA – University of Maryland Eastern Shore
- Jonathan Flynn, PA – Grand Valley State University (Michigan)
- Franklin Harrell, PA – University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
- Adam Heinen, PA – East Carolina University
- Troy Hightower, PA – Elon University

- Daniel Troyer, PA – Duke University
“We’re thrilled to have this exceptional group join MEMA,” said Patrick Devane, PA-C, director of the PA-NP certification program. “Their enthusiasm and commitment to emergency medicine are clear, and we look forward to their contributions during their training and beyond.”
In addition to welcoming new faces, MEMA recently celebrated the graduation of Mairin Daubert, PA-C, and Tori Campbell, PA-C—two outstanding PAs from the September 2024 class who have already proven to be valuable members of the clinical team.
