In September, Vizient Inc. announced its 2024 top performers in clinical quality and supply chain excellence.
Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center was recognized as a top performer in the large, specialized complex care medical center cohort, while Novant Health Mint Hill Medical Center earned the same distinction in the community hospital cohort.

Additionally, Novant Health Mint Hill Medical Center (MHMC) received the Novant Teamwork Award for the second quarter. This prestigious recognition is awarded to a single service line at one hospital each quarter across the entire Novant Health system. The honor follows the MHMC emergency department’s remarkable achievement of attaining the highest monthly net promotion score (patient satisfaction) ever recorded in Novant Health’s history. The MHMC emergency department continues to lead the Charlotte market in this critical metric.
