2019 Sarah H. Ratterree Award Awarded to Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center’s Sarah Drake, RN

(CHARLOTTE, NC) –The Sarah H. Ratterree Award was presented to Sarah Drake, RN on Sunday, October 6, 2019. With Emergency Department team members and her family present, the presentation kickstarted the 2019 Emergency Nurses Week at Novant Health Presbyterian Main’s Emergency Department. 

The Sarah H. Ratterree Award, created in honor of its namesake, is presented annually to a nurse who best exemplifies the characteristics of Ms. Sarah Ratterree herself.  For 30 years, Ms. Ratterree worked at Presbyterian Main as a Nurse Director in the Emergency Department and exemplified leadership and true professionalism through her strong and well-known worth ethic.
