MEMA is an independent, physician-owned and locally managed group of Emergency Medicine physicians. More than 95% of MEMA’s physicians are Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and we recruit from the top residency programs in the country. All full-time physicians are on a partnership track to have equal ownership.

We view the hospital and the medical staff as our partners in patient care delivery, and strive for their very highest level of satisfaction. We have invested in satisfaction consultation, expect Medical Staff participation from our physicians and recruit the highest caliber of residency trained, board certified/board prepared physicians. Similarly we only pursue mid-level providers (Physician Assistants and Nurse Pracitioners) with strong qualifications as can be judged by their training program and practice experience.
